Inertia Performing Arts

 

The Inertia Performing Arts Community prides itself on its professional atmosphere and warm family environment.



Our professional and eclectic staff, strive to foster success in all of our students no matter what career path they may choose. Our program provides our students with intensive training in the performing arts disciplines.It is our goal to educate the Inertia students in their chosen art so that they may become dynamic dancers, confident performers, and well rounded individuals.

 

What makes Inertia Performing Arts different than other Performing Arts Centers? 

 

Written Curriculum that has been developed over the last decade for each level of training 

 

Small Class Sizes maximize instruction and our highly qualified staff create a disciplined yet fun and exciting classroom experience. 

 

Staff Development and Teacher Training Program IPA instructors participate in staff meetings, workshops, classes, and seminars to continue to set the standard in arts training 

 

Student Performing Company The IPA Youth Ensembles performance opportunities include Six Flags America, Kings Dominion, Morgan State University, University of Baltimore, Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore Museum of Art, and the Reginald F. Lewis Museum 

 

Competition Participation as a TRAINING TOOL and not a definition of students talents or potential

 

Family/Social Events such as the "Daddy Daughter Dance" and the "Moms Dance", Polish Party, Ice Cream Social, Harvest Ball, Movie Nights, and so much more!

No one word can express the joy and happiness ...Jasmine has been apart of Inertia since the age of 7...she is now 17..with the leadership of Interia she has grown into a wonderful dancer and a responsible young woman who is now on her way to become a entrepreneur, studying at Shenandoah University.
